Dear Valued Customers
As some of you are aware, we are experiencing some delays in our operation.
Many of the tasks completed in our facility each day are done so by casual employees who work increased hours only during the peak periods.
This past week has been unusually very busy for this time of the year………near pre Xmas volumes!
The government stimulus payment of $750 per week is making it near impossible to find new casual staff to cover absences and increasing volumes. Labour shortages are creating processing delays into and out of our facility.
With that said, we are completing most of our despatches within 24 hours of them being due, but there are delays.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but, be assured that we are doing everything posible in our control to resolve the situation.
