Updates to Inbound Delivery
Requirements
As of 01 March 2025, the following new procedures for all LCL and Local Deliveries will be in place.
ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED BY A TIFS STAFF MEMBER.
NO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE!
PALLETS
We only accept the below pallet types:
- Australian Standard (Hardwood) Pallets
- CHEP Pallets
- 10 or more loose cartons are only accepted on a pallet
Specifications (no exceptions):
- Max pallet height for SINGLE SKU: 135cm
- Max pallet height for MULTI SKU: 160cm
PACKAGING OF GOODS
We no longer accept the following:
- Wooden pallet toppers
- MDF pallet toppers
- Items using packing peanuts void fill
Any delivery not complying with these above requirements will be rejected.
