2020 season. We would like to advise you of our operating structure over the Christmas period.

Our main operation will be closed from Tuesday 24 December, reopening on Thursday 02 January. Despatch and Receipt cut-off dates are outlined below.

• Thursday 05 December
  Cut-off for goods to be included in a ‘full cycle’ Pre-Christmas Initial Distribution

• Tuesday 10 December
  Last freight despatches to Western Australia and South Australia

• Thursday 12 December
  Last freight despatches to Queensland

• Friday 13 December
  Last freight despatches to Victoria

• Tuesday 17 December
  Last freight despatches within NSW

• Wednesday 19 December
  Last receipt of goods into our warehouse for inclusion in Initial Distributions packed over the Christmas break (These will be despatched on Thursday 02 January)

• Tuesday 24 December to Wednesday 01 January
  Main operation and Customer Service closed – Order packing continues in the warehouse

• Thursday 02 January
  Resumption of normal operations – Despatch of all ‘Initial Distribution’ and ‘Agent Reorders’ packed during holiday period
