Hi all,

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our internal processes and enhance the efficiency of our IT support services, we would like to inform you of a new protocol regarding all IT queries. This includes all incidents and enhancements for our warehouse systems (Minder and Tidams).

This change aims to:

Improve Efficiency
Centralising IT requests through the Helpdesk mailbox allows us to manage and prioritise tasks more effectively, ensuring a quicker response to your needs.

Enhance Communication
The Helpdesk mailbox provides a structured platform for tracking and updating the status of your requests, facilitating better communication between you and our IT support team.

Standardize Procedures
By consolidating all IT requests in one mailbox, we can standardise procedures and ensure that every request receives the attention it deserves.


How to Submit Requests:

1. Please send all IT related queries to helpdesk@tifs.com.au.
2. Include a detailed description of the issue, relevant screenshots, and any other information that may assist our IT team in resolving the matter promptly.
3. If you encounter any challenges or have questions about using the Helpdesk system, feel free to reach out to Nick Petrovski at nickp@tifs.com.au.
